John Kenneth Holt lead singer of The Rocksteady group The Paragons died in London on October 19, 2014. During his time with The Paragons, he helped define the island's Rocksteady sound, and later in his solo career, he achieved crossover success in the UK with the orchestral-backed album "1000 Volts of Holt".
